Ibu Rita Suwanda will create camp again in Indonesia on Januari,1-7, 2010. Ibu Rita and Pak Dadang will teaching together with the best technique,and also will present Cimande and Nampon. Cimande style is technique with attack 80% to the arm,Nampon is Art with Double functions, Self defence and the usage possesing the characteristics of Inner Energy.
We will update about December camp everyday...well stay tune!!!
